Rapid Response & Prototype
Our CNC Machines with high number of pallet and tool capacity allow us to reduce the setup-time significantly to provide fast turn-around on new product development. With high-mixed/low-volume requirements, the setup change-over time is most time-consuming process. With our 5-Axis Mill having 190 tools and 20 pallets capacity, and our 4-Axis Mill having 240 tools and 14 pallets capacity, we invested to have most of standard tools, vises, and fixtures on the machines at all times to reduce the setup time greatly.

High-Volume Production
With pallet-changing system integrated to our CNC Machine, we provide true lights-out production and competitive costs in high volume production run. Our CNC equipment are tooled up with the latest technologies in probing, and tool breakage detection, back-up tools storage system to allow parts running overnight and over the weekend. With high capacity of tools and pallets, our CNC machines can machine small volume, prototype jobs in the morning, while running unmanned at nights to reduce costs for our customers.

Machine Allocation Program
We have a Machine Allocation Program to assign specific capacity to prioritize important projects for our customers. The challenge with customers working with job-shop manufacturers that they have to compete the capacity with other jobs already in-place. We currently have 40 CNC machines and with our program, we can assign certain machines to customer that would like to secure the capacity from us for longer period to focus on their jobs only. This also allows the customer to have true visibility of the machine capacity and their job schedule at all times.

Design for Manufacturability
Our Engineering Department includes Manufacturing, Mechanical, and Aerospace Engineers who are also experts in Design for Manufacturability. With combined hands-on experience, our team is able to provide customers with design and development support from the ground up. We understand preliminary design process is a very significant phase in every product design. Thus we would like to get involved in this early stage in order to support our customers optimizing their designs and reduce product costs. Customer holds ultimate design authority.
